General Questions

How can I get a quote?

Simply  give us call and we will give an estimate in a minute over the phone. You can also send us an email or text message, and we will promptly reply to your e-mail or text message with your cleaning service estimate.

Does someone have to visit my house before I can book a cleaning?

No, we don’t need to come to your house in order for you to get an estimate or for you to book your first cleaning service with us. You can get an easy and quick estimate over the phone in a minute!

Are cleaning supplies included?

Yes, absolutely! We will provide all cleaning supplies necessary for us to accomplish any type of cleaning effectively.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN A STANDARD CLEANING?

What if I am not happy with my cleaning?

If you are not happy with the cleaning please inform us within 24 hours and we will send the team back to re-clean any area or item that was not completely cleaned.  Your satisfaction is always 100% guaranteed.

Why am I being asked for my credit card number at time of booking?

Your credit card is used to guarantee your reservation and will not be charged at the time of booking. The card may be charged in the event of a cancellation or a reschedule that does not occur within our early cancellation window (see cancellation policies below).

What is your cancellation policy?

We would like to thank all of our customers for the loyalty and commitment shown in receiving our services. We understand that it make take a few tweaks in your schedule to have us over. With that in mind, we would like to ask for consideration regarding our ladies’ time and effort.

Once a cleaning has been scheduled, we do count on your commitment in receiving our ladies just as you count on us to show up. We understand that circumstances may arise and plans may change. As a courtesy to all of us, we do ask for a notice of at least 24 business hours for any cancellation or rescheduling prior to your scheduled cleaning.

Therefore, a $64 cancellation fee may be applied for cleanings cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 business hours from your scheduled service.

Scheduling Questions

CAN I GET A SAME-DAY BOOKING?

Yes, you can get a same-day booking depending on availability. We will always do our best to accommodate any same-day cleaning request or last minute request.

DO I HAVE TO BE HOME FOR MY CLEANING?

No, you don’t have to be home for your cleaning, but it’s always a good idea that you to meet your team on your first cleaning service. Some customers will prefer to be home to guide the team over their priorities specially if they are being charged an hourly rate.

DOES MY CLEANER ARRIVE AT THE EXACT TIME I BOOK?

Yes, we always plan for your team to come on your schedule service the same day of the week and at the same time. However, we allow a one-hour window due to traffic,  weather circumstances,  and unexpected extra job at the team’s previous job . In scenarios where your cleaner will be late, you will be contacted to let you know the ETA.

WHEN AM I CHARGED FOR THE SERVICE?

You are not charged until after the cleaning has been completed.

ARE THERE ANY COMMITMENTS OF CONTRACTS?

No, there is no contract required. You can stop or cancel service anytime without any penalties. You don’t have to commit to any contracts or pre-determined number of appointments.

Cleaning Questions

DO YOU PROVIDE THE VACUUM CLEANERS?

Yes, the team will bring two types of vacuum cleaners, one specific for wood floors and another specific for carpets and rugs.

WHAT SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?

We offer a range of services from weekly cleaning to one-time cleaning to move-in and move-out cleaning. You can see the different services we provide by visiting the “Our Services” page.

HOW MANY CLEANERS DO YOU SEND?

We normally send two, but depending on the size of the job we may send up to 4 cleaners.

Is it possible to get the same team every time ?

We plan on sending the same team every time for weekly, every-other week and monthly customers. However, in the event that one of the members your regular cleaning team is not available on the day of the service, we will be sure to send another qualified team member in their place.

ARE CLEANING COMPANY CLEANERS SCREENED?

Absolutely. The cleaners go through a screening process that includes a police background check, reference checks and in-person interviews. We also require significant experience in residential house cleaning to work with us.
