Recurring Cleaning

We offer you the option to have your house cleaned on a daily, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly schedule. The more frequently your home is cleaned, the less you will pay per cleaning. When you sign up for one of our recurring cleaning services, we will ensure that the same cleaners come to your house every time on the same day and time of the scheduled cleaning cycle. We will never require you to sign a contract!

Bedrooms

Beds made and linens changed
All areas dusted-on top, on the front and underneath (all items removed and replaced)
Window sills wiped
Blinds dusted
Mirrors cleaned
Fingerprints removed from woodwork, door frames and switch plates
Vacuum under and behind beds
Trash emptied
Baseboards wiped down
Lamp shades wiped down
Ceiling fans blades dusted
All carpets vacuumed
Overall appearance of the room left neat and tidy

Bathrooms

Tub or shower thoroughly cleaned, rinsed, and left shining
Tiles and chrome cleaned and left shining
Sinks scrubbed and left shining
Toilets cleaned and disinfected inside and out including base and behind
Vanity top cleaned (all items removed and replaced)
Mirrors cleaned
Sills wiped down
Trash emptied
Baseboards wiped down
Floor vacuumed and mopped

Hallways

Baseboards wiped down
Fingerprints removed from woodwork, doorframes and switch plates
Picture frames dusted
Carpet vacuumed or wood floors vacuumed and mopped.

Kitchen/Dining Area

Countertops and backsplash cleaned (all items removed and replaced)
Cabinet doors and panels cleaned
Trash emptied
Sinks scrubbed (including behind sink) and left shining
Outside of range hood cleaned
Top and front of range cleaned
Drip pans cleaned
Outside and inside microwave cleaned
Front, top and side of refrigerator cleaned
Sills wiped down
Baseboards wiped down
Floor vacuumed and mopped
Dishes washed (extra)

All Other Areas

All furniture dusted (all items removed and replaced)
Picture frames dusted

Lights, ceiling fans, vents and ducts cleaned

Special request must be done at least 24 hours before the cleaning.
Cancellation of a cleaning must be done at least 48 hours before the scheduled cleaning. There will be a fee of $49 for same-day cancellation.
