To all our customers moving into a new home, we understand your need to have your new home professionally cleaned before moving in. That is why we offer you this special cleaning service so that you can be confident that your new house feels the way it should, like a home. This service also includes the cleaning of all appliances and cabinets.

Bedrooms

Beds made and linens changed
All areas dusted-on top, on the front and underneath (all items removed and replaced)
Window sills wiped
Blinds dusted
Mirrors cleaned
Fingerprints removed from woodwork, door frames and switch plates
Vacuum under and behind beds
Trash emptied
Baseboards wiped down
Lamp shades wiped down
Ceiling fans blades dusted
All carpets vacuumed
Overall appearance of the room left neat and tidy

Bathrooms

Tub or shower thoroughly cleaned, rinsed, and left shining
Tiles and chrome cleaned and left shining
Sinks scrubbed and left shining
Toilets cleaned and disinfected inside and out including base and behind
Vanity top cleaned (all items removed and replaced)

Sills wiped down

Special request must be done at least 24 hours before the cleaning.
Cancellation of a cleaning must be done at least 48 hours before the scheduled cleaning. There will be a fee of $49 for same-day cancellation.
